At Reverie by Mel B, this includes platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—a concentrated portion of your own blood containing platelets and naturally occurring growth factors involved in the body’s normal healing processes.

Your treatment begins with a small blood draw, which is processed to isolate platelet-rich plasma—a concentrated portion of your own blood containing platelets and naturally occurring growth factors involved in the body's normal healing processes.
SkinPen® microneedling creates controlled micro-injuries that initiate the skin's natural remodeling response. PRP is incorporated into your treatment as the regenerative component, bringing your own biological resources into the experience.
The result is a treatment that combines two distinct approaches—collagen induction through microneedling and regenerative care using your own PRP—within one personalized treatment plan.

Rêverie Regenerative Renewal is a multi-step treatment, and I’ll guide you through the entire experience so you know what to expect from beginning to end.
01 — YOUR CONSULTATION + SKIN PREPARATION
We’ll begin by reviewing your skin, goals, relevant health history, and treatment plan. Your skin will then be thoroughly cleansed and prepared for treatment.
02 — YOUR BLOOD DRAW
A small amount of your blood is collected and prepared for processing. As a Registered Nurse, this is a familiar part of my clinical practice, and I’ll make the experience as comfortable as possible.
03 — PRP PREPARATION
Your blood is processed using a specialized system to separate and concentrate the platelet-rich plasma that will be incorporated into your treatment.
04 — SKINPEN® MICRONEEDLING
SkinPen® creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, initiating its natural remodeling response. Your treatment is customized according to the area being treated and your individual treatment plan.
05 — PRP + COMPLETION
Your platelet-rich plasma is incorporated into your regenerative treatment according to your individualized protocol, followed by appropriate post-treatment care.
06 — RECOVERY + AFTERCARE
Before you leave, I’ll walk you through what to expect as your skin recovers and provide your aftercare instructions. Temporary redness and other post-microneedling effects can occur, so plan to give your skin time to recover.

How you care for your skin afterward matters. You’ll leave with clear aftercare guidance, what to avoid during the initial recovery period, and when to resume your normal skincare routine.

Rather than deciding on a number of treatments before we’ve evaluated your skin, I prefer to create a plan around you—and reassess as we go.
